DWI case/ Domestic violence case

Daniel Harris got my DWI dismissed, which is rare in the state of NC. We went to trial for my case, and Daniel did his thing, he made a very good argument and the judge had no choice but to dismiss the charge. Thank you again Daniel Harris for everything you did for me this past year. He also got bot...h my domestic violence charges dismiss as well. I would highly recommend Daniel and Harris law office. Works hard and very rersponsive

I have never dealt with a more responsive lawyer than Mr. Harris. He was straight forward, and kept me informed through the entire expungement process. When the state took forever to complete my background check, he even took the extra steps to have my expungement expedited by the county court when t...he background finally came back from Raleigh because we had to wait so long. He answered every e-mail in a timely manner and always provided detailed information about the status of my case.

Court case

Daniel was really helpful and responsive during my case. He made sure to attend court for me as promised and worked with me with the attorney fees. Dedicated and Aknowlegeable

Daniel Harris represented me on a very sensitive and important matter. He was very knowledgeable in handling my case. I really like the way he presented my rights using what the law says. He represent me the way a lawyer should represent a client. He stayed in contact with during the process. And yes... everything worked out in my favor. I would say he is a very good thorough lawyer.

Excellent representation

Daniel was a great choice for me. He was very professional, yet friendly and understanding. I felt no personal judgment from him, only the desire for the best outcome for my case. He was pro-active and was able to address some issues that could have caused more serious complications for me. He a...lways seemed to be aware of everything that was occurring. I was always kept in the loop. I did not have to worry or wonder about what was developing. Daniel returned calls promptly and kept me aware of everything that was happening. We had no surprises that couldn't be adequately handled because of his dedication to his work. Something that could have resulted in life changing consequences for me, turned out very well within a fairly short time frame. I would recommend Daniel highly. He is intelligent, likable, professional, and he instills confidence. I also found his fee to be reasonable, especially with the few extra surprises he ended up dealing with.
