Joseph Frank Duszlak

Mr. Duszlak was referred to me by another friend who happened to be an attorney, who also used Mr. Duszlak for his personal estate planning. I have used him for several issues since 1981, and members of my family and friends have engaged him upon my recommendation. He has always been exceedingly h...onest, caring, and very knowledgeable about his field. He is quite atypical for an attorney. He actually cares about his clients. He is definitely not in the business to obtain wealth. He is currently handling a very complicated estate following the death of my husband. I trust him unconditionally to handle it. He has never let me down!

Mr. Duszlak assisted me with a document to remove my 1st wife from my home's deed. She had recently deceased and I was dealing with the legal and personal issues. He was very understanding and empathetic. He explained what I needed to do and took care of most of the work in one sitting. I just came b...ack and picked up the completed documents, which were already filed with the court. The cost was very nominal. He provided advice about considering a will as an alternative. He never charged me for any of his counseling. He is one down-to-earth and warm individual. I am now using him to add my 2nd wife to my deed and he talked with me directly on the phone before I go down to see him next week. I am amazed that such a person exists in the legal profession - what with all of the jokes and comments about lawyers.
