I couldn't rate him excellent on all things because I have no empirical knowledge about his trustworthiness or knowledge base. That's an inherently flawed survey Avvo has there. But I didn't come here to rate Avvo on their apparent inability to word a survey to gather the desired results. Jon... Welborn handled my case with efficiency and humanity. The latter is not usually associated with lawyerly types, so I count that as a bonus. The web interface allowed me a great deal of freedom in dealing with Mr. Welborn. And his communication with me in regards to my case were always timely, clear and in order. As someone who values my own time, I consider that a 2nd bonus. He had my issue resolved in as economical a fashion as I could ever imagine. And that's high praise from someone who is willing to point out the flaws in the structure of an online survey.
