Binding contracts

I was in need of some legal advice over a contract for selling puppies. I am not a wealthy person and was In desperate need of legal advice and had called a few different attorneys around and left messages and never received a call back from any. So today I got on line and was praying I got ahold of ...someone today. I called one number and Jeffrey Robinette answered the phone himself and was more then willing to speak to me. I told him My situation and what my concerns were and that I definitely didn’t have lots of money to hire an attorney but I was scared of the unknown and what lied ahead for my family and I, if I didn’t get some advice or a lawyer for my situation. He was more then willing to talk to me for a good while and give me advice on my situation and great advice at that. I would recommend him to anyone and will from here on out to anyone I hear say needs an attorney. He never once made me feel as if I was anything but a paying client or that my situation was any less important to him. Knowing that he is an attorney that gets payed a lot of money an hour for his services I was a little nervous about even calling but he made me feel welcomed and helped me more then he will ever know . Even told me to call him back for any help and advice I may need anytime ! AMAZING MAN In my Eyes and will be the first name out of my mouth for a lawyer to anyone from here on out. Thank you so much .

The Easy Way or the Hard Way?

This question was presented by Mr. Jeff Robinette, when retained to represent us; to an attorney who we believed committed legal malpractice. We asked Mr. Robinette to review our situation, then represent us which he agreed to do. From our experience, attorneys who were willing to do possible legal... malpractice are fairly rare. Apparently, it is not enjoyable to confront a fellow attorney who many have committed legal malpractice. Mr. Jeff Robinette met with our former attorney. Mr. Robinette gave him a choice to go the "Easy Way" which was a verbal, then written agreement stating everything the former attorney would need to do to make us whole. The other option, the "Hard Way", would have taken the previous attorney through the legal system. Apparently the former attorney was aware of Mr. Robinette's knowledge and court skills, therefore he made the decision that the hard way was not wise. In our relationship with Mr. Robinette, we felt that we were his only client. Communication was excellent, often receiving returning emails or phone calls in minutes or no longer than a day. This was most reassuring. At all times, Mr. Robinette gave us council, options, followed by wise recommendations as the best course of action. Mr. Jeff Robinette brought our situation to a most successful conclusion. We could not have had an attorney to represent us in a more professional, helpful, caring manner. We never physically met Mr. Robinette. All communications were emails or phone calls. We were in Florida, he was in West Virginia. After the case was concluded, our family was vacationing about 50 miles from Morgantown, WV. Jeff, wife Terri, two daughters an newly acquired puppy can to visit. How personal can an attorney be? What a nice time we spent together. We fully and completely endorse Mr. Jeff Robinette as an attorney in his several fields of expertise! Hire him as your attorney; you will have a talented person to represent you and likely a caring friend as well! Ralph & Gracie

An Advocate needed for a most complicated case

My case deals with a very complicated property settlement. When I met Jeff Robinette & his firm for the first time, I had spent the last 6 years in family court trying to get my property settlement honored. The family court gave me a judgement that I had to act on in circuit court. Suffice to say t...hat I was very upset that now I had to go to another court to try to resolve the judgement. I wanted someone who would not only represent me but that really understood all the ins and outs of my case. Upon meeting Jeff & his staff for the first time, I was very moved by how honest he was about the obstacles we had to overcome in my case. He went above and beyond with explaining what he felt we could do. Because he let me know that there was no easy fix to my case, I respected his honesty and asked him to represent me. He has not only been my lawyer, he has also been my advocate! Jeff never runs from the difficulties in my case. He answers every phone call, email, & court summons with a clear plan and has made sure I completely understand what our objectives are. An advocate, to me, means that he not only represents me in court but he has also been a helper, counselor, & intercessor (fighter). If Jeff and his staff represent you, you feel he not only believes in your case but he believes in you as well. My case is still ongoing...I'm so thankful that Jeff has made me feel everything is under control. If you are looking for a true Advocate in your attorney, then Jeff and his staff are exactly who you want to hire.

Thanks to Jeff and his legal team

Our experience with Jeff and his firm has always produced the best possible result. Not only has he walked us through very technical business sales processes and contracts, but he also orchestrated the resolution of an extremely complicated property damage claim ... which, in many ways, kept our bus...iness from disaster. Representation on faulty home foundation

We were in the process of selling our home, and found out that there was a massive crack through the entire foundation. We contacted our builder, who told us to call his lawyer. Since needed an attorney immediately and had not worked with one before, we didn't know where to start. After leaving a ...message for Attorney Robinette, he immediately returned my call and began working on the case. Because he has years of experience and knowledge of construction issues, he began working with forensic engineers to determine what needed to be done to repair our home. The exchanges with the contractor's insurance company were numerous, but Attorney Robinette worked tirelessly for a favorable outcome. While he was working our case, he was in constant contact providing updates and reassurance. In addition, he was always straight forward and honest about our situation and possible outcomes of the case. After a few months of negotiations with the insurance company, Attorney Robinette was able to secure a settlement that allowed us to have our home repaired and to recoup the fees we paid to various professionals. We would recommend Attorney Robinette for his strong legal knowledge, his persistence, integrity, and for the caring nature in which he treats his clients.
