Amazing attorney!
Phil was absolutely amazing in my divorce, he fought for everything I wanted and I received! His negotiation skills are top tier. I felt confident and calm the entire process because of Phil! 10/10 would hire him again.

Mr. Isner is a very professional lawyer out of Elkins. Mr. Isner will work hard for you to get what you deserve. He kept me very informed during our court process and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him for anyone going through a divorce.

Horrible Experience.
My husband and I hired Phil Isner for a custody arrangement. Phil and his staff are extremely unorganized and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard them say “He’ll give you a call ASAP” and he never called.
