A huge shout out for this man. He truly was an inspiration to watch work. He saw a small window of opportunity and finessed that into a win that neither of us could have expected 24 hours earlier. My disability case was a very difficult one, I knew there was a significant difference in my abilitie...s and in my stability regarding attaining and maintaining sustaining employment. But one cannot tell by looking at me, nor is most of it [my limitations] easy to "show". On paper, I appear borderline challenged. Personally, I have an ugly history that the courts and society finds irresponsible and self-indulgent on the surface. Then there is me and my eccentric, sometimes radical, personality. Quite the challenge and yet, in the end, success. For those who wonder and worry about the minimal contact, don't. All paperwork and necessary legal actions are taken care of. There is a very professional process in this law office. Relax, trust the process. Besides, most of your time consuming questions can be answered with a basic internet search. I am not easy to "read" yet this man quickly read the situation, me, and how everything affected my gainful employment outlook and devised a simple strategy to expose all of that. Truly amazing. I hired Mr. Isner to represent an inmate at a hearing. He agreed to review the case, meet with the client, contact the Parole Board on his behalf regarding improprieties from his last hearing, prep him for his upcoming hearing, and to attend the hearing with him. After the initial meeting, there wa...s no further contact. Neither I nor the client was informed that he would not fulfill his terms of the agreement: no letter, no prep, no attendance at the hearing, and no notice of his intent to not represent.
