February 7. 2022 at 3:16 p.m. on bus 11. I'm reporting a crime that includes 18 U.S. Code § 1545. Safe conduct violation that includes my 4th Amendment Right and 9th Amendment Right not to wear a mask of my choice or not wearing a regular mask that promotes discrimination, my right to travel on th...e city bus, my right to privacy, sovereignty under federal law and International Law outside of government jurisdictions. Today, I two people which one is the supervisor name Jackie, Mr Gardener, and one was the driver that works for the GLTC Greater Lynchburg Transit Company denied my right to wear a mask of my choice or not wearing a regular mask which there was discrimination, my right to travel on the city bus, my right to privacy, my sovereignty under safe conduct that's recorded and authenticated under federal law and International law outside of government jurisdictions which I was forced off the city bus by the Lynchburg City Police. I have a medical conduction that puts me at risk of having seizure from wearing a regular mask which is why I choose to wear a mask that helps me to inhale fresh air 100% and exhale carbon dioxide 100%. I have full sovereign immunity and full diplomatic immunity which the Lynchburg City Police didn't comply with Rule 901. Authenticating or identifying evidence and Rule 902. Evidence That Is Self-Authenticating to notify the U.S. Department of State and Bureau of Diplomatic Security which they through that I was lying about my status which I've showed them my documents that's under safe conduct and my USA Private Passport that verifies my status. I need your help to get the Virginia State Police to talk to law to let them know that I have full sovereign immunity and full diplomatic immunity so that they can let the Lynchburg City Police and GLTC Greater Lynchburg Transit Company know that they cannot violate federal and international law against me. What I'm asking is for is for you to verify my authentication on the documents which I can summit to you through email along with legal action to be taken against the 3 people involved in the federal and international crime. I need your help. I have the incident recorded as evidence.
