She promised to protect my kids against a child molester in my ex's family, and promised to present documentary proof of the molester -- and then refused. Threw me under the bus once she knew the judge was decided against me. Took my many thousands for eight months, and the morning of the hearing told me, she wasn't going to go aggressive against my perjuring ex. Johnstone could've saved me the eight months wasted on her. She signed a messed-up order by opposing attorney, without even sharing it with me first, and as a result, I *never* got a full hearing about divorce custody with germane issues, and never will. In a lot of professions, this would be clear-cut malpractice, but in the law profession, in Virginia, we are at the mercy of de-facto malpracticers.
