Hired Jennifer to help me through my green card process.
She and her team were most helpful through the whole process, giving clear directions on how to proceed, what needed to be done. They were always available to answer any question I could have. They took care of submitting the case to USCIS and kept me posted on every evolution of the case. The process went very smoothly mostly because of how they handle things. I would highly recommend them for any immigration related topic.

After moving to the US with my wife Ann (American Citizen) We looked into the process for getting my green card that would allow me to become a permanent resident and work in the USA. Once looking into it we realized the Immigration process was overwhelming for the average person so we began to seek some help which lead us to Jennifer Dean at the Virginia Immigration Law Center. As soon as we met her and her staff we were just put at ease with the entire process all of our questions were answered and we began gathering up the information requested by her law firm step by step she walked us through the entire thing, any time we had a question either Mrs. Dean or her staff were right there with the answers right up to me receiving my green card.
We are so happy we did not try to deal with this process on our own and are so very happy for Mrs. Dean and her staff doe dealing with this difficult task for us.
We have nothing but great things to say about Mrs. Dean and her staff and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to gain immigration status in the USA
