How have I not reviewed Mr. Spencer on this website already? Mr. Spencer is incredible. He truly gives so much time and attention to your case and tells you exactly what his expectations are. To be honest, he has never steered me wrong in any of the custody cases (there have been way more than I’d like to admit, unfortunately) he has represented myself (and now my husband) in. In fact, he has never even been wrong in his expectations of the outcome of any of my cases thus far. He is capable of dealing with complex situations and suggesting the best approaches to difficult subjects. He is down to earth and very personable/knowledgeable. If you’re hesitant to hire Mr. Spencer, my suggestion to you is simple: Don’t be!

Eric Spencer fully resolved to my complete satisfaction a moving traffic violation via negotiation with the Commonwealth's Attorney, such that I was charged no points to my drivers license. I would highly recommend Eric Spencer to represent you in related matters.
