Services were nothing to brag about other than saving me a drive to court

First, let me start by saying that the I hired this attorney to assist me with a speeding ticket in Dinwiddle, VA. John stated that he was confident that he could get the ticket dismissed, but after going to court told me that he could not get the ticket dismissed only reduced. I only spoke with John... a few times, and I didn't feel I had been thoroughly informed of the status of my case. I was required to take an online driving school class, at which time I submitted my certificate of completion to John's office and never heard back from them again. I also had an awkward experience in calling his office and speaking with an extremely unprofessional staff member who swore she spoke with me before on some random issue, and was quite irate. Based on my experiences, I would pay more money and get better service.
