I hired Mr. Cline for a reckless driving citation. I called his office and his assistant took my information and he returned my call right away. I explained my situation and he promptly told me what I needed to do before our court date. I did have questions after speaking with me. I called his office... and his assistant was very helpful, and the questions she could it answer she promised me a call from Mr. Cline within a time frame and he promptly returned my call to answer my questions. The day of court I met him before our scheduled court time and we briefly went over the details of how the court proceedings were going to go. We went before the judge and we pleaded our case, which was dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Cline for representation because he is very knowledgeable and professional.

I called Shawn to represent me for a probation case. Shawn was a well prepared, plain spoken and thorough counsel who was without pretense. His fees were appropriate and affordable and on subsequent hearings were even more so. Lawyers can often times be cocky and manipulative in their speech and mann...er. Shawn was neither. I hired Mr. Cline for a felony charge. He was late to two different court appearances. One of them ended up having to be rescheduled. He was never actually prepared for my case in any way, nor did he actually read the discovery turned over to him by the prosecutor. Despite a lot of evidence in my fav...or, Mr. Cline was constantly pressuring me to take a plea deal so that we didn't have to go to court. He rarely responded to emails or phone calls and he severely impeded my case. I ended up hiring a different attorney, but in many ways, the damage was already done and I wasted quite a bit of money. Thankfully, the case ended up in my favor in the long run because I hired a new attorney and she was able to "right" the "wrongs" before it was too late.
