The right counsel makes all the difference. . .

I found Mrs. O'Brien on this site after a disappointing experience with another attorney in the first stages of my child support/visitation/custody proceedings. From the initial consultation I felt relieved that I'd found the right attorney to help guide me through my appeal. She listened to my story..., helped me to see all sides of the issue, and was honest and very informative. She followed-up and followed-through and was aggressive and pushed for everything I wanted. My hearing couldn't have gone anymore favorably and I owe it all to Mrs. O'Brien. She helped me get a better visitation schedule and more support for my small son, and I am eternally grateful. I would call her again in a heartbeat should I ever need legal assistance in the future.

The Lawyer To Choose If You Want Top Notch Results

Crystina has time and time again proven to be a an exceptional attorney with outstanding results. While in the military she represented soldiers onbehalf of the command presenting outstanding case preparation with high success ratios. I would chose her time and again to defend a soldier or civilian... in a criminal law situation. She has also proven to be an expert in administrative law and always provided me with expert information allowing me, as a military commander to make the appropriate legal decision. I can't think of another attorney that I would select to represent a client in need of criminal defense or advice. She served not only as a United States military attorney providing clear, concise case advice and action to commanders in combat units, but continues to defend expertly in a civilian community. This is the attorney you need to represent your case or provide advice.

Elvis

Outstanding attorney. Expert in legal field; I had no questions, she covered and resolved all aspects of my case. Her past experience as public defender and a JAG was invaluable. Phenomenal communicator, gets point across eloquently and succinctly; easy to understand. Courageous, unwilling and una...ble to be intimidated.

Misdemeanor possession

I hired Ms.O’brien the day after being arrested for a misdemeanor (possession of marijuana). Previously I’ve experienced lawyers taking your $$ and treating your case as if your another number. I must say I had my doubts in the beginning ... BUT THE WAY MS.O’BRIEN HANDLED MY CASE UPON STEPPING IN TH...E COURT ROOM!!!! AMAZING!!! FLAWLESS VICTORY!! She was very knowledgeable of the laws surrounding police investigations and able to poke holes in the “true” statements given by the police. As I stood next to her spouting objections and challenging their testimonies I felt secure in my decision to hire. She was very confident and able to approach and present my case in so many ways that if they weren’t dropping the charges on lack of probable cause (as they did) they would have been forced to drop due to technicalities on their part. I am very happy with the results and would hire again.

Not the lawyer you want to retain for family/custody matter

I had consulted with Crystina a couple of years ago when I expressed my desire to relocate out of state to be closer to my immediate family. She did NOT make me feel confident in the process, she has expressed that she had won representing FATHERS win in court multiple times! In addition, I agree to ...the other bad review in here, she suggested unspeakable things. For example, giving up primary custody, getting visitations only that I would have to travel back to VA for my daughter's spring breaks, summers, etc. Crystina did not bother to listen to the differences in improvement quality of life between where we were (in VA) and where we relocated. This was a waste of my money and time, I went back to the firm who represented me a few years ago. I WON, I was granted to relocated to the state of California with my daughter. My daughter and I live in the suburbs now and she made the gifted and talented program here in the school district. The judge made an impeccable judgment and the firm I stuck by really did their homework.
