Couldn’t have asked for better !!!

This being my very first time dealing with something like I did , I so glad we had Latuga on our side !!! He is very professional but also very caring!! I was very comfortable with everything and he explained things to me so I could understand!! It also helps when the person your working with has a s...ense of humor !! He went above and beyond in our case and had an overall great experience (but I hope I never have to go through it again) from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better person to represent me in this ordeal!!!

Exceptional attorney

I hired Brian Latuga for a reckless driving charge. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism was unparalleled. Being a former law enforcement officer, he had extensive knowledge with my reckless driving charge and a great rapport with the officer who ticketed me. Mr. Latuga was very responsive wi...th returning my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was upfront with the direction of my case. He was able to get my reckless driving charge lowered to a speeding ticket. I couldn't have been happier with his representation of my case. Thank you Brian. I would highly recommend him and his firm. Brian's legal assistant, Heather, was absolutely phenomenal. They make an amazing team.

If you find yourself in a legal situation you never in a million years expected to ever be in - Brian Latuga is the guy for you! He is the type of lawyer who makes you feel comfortable and confident in him from the very first meeting with him. He takes the time to listen to you before presenting the law to you in a clear concise and non-condescending manner. Brian is very patient and carefully explains all the pros and cons of every possible scenario to you. He answers all your questions no matter how seemingly stupid they are without making you feel like an idiot. Brian is there for you from start to finish. Great!!!

I cant zay enough about Brian and his laval assistant Heather. They are both very personable and on point when handling a case for you. Brian's experience shows when you see him in court and dealing with the prosecutors. He always had my best interest at heart and got me a better result than I could ...have imagined. He and Heather are 100% my go to people when and if I need legal assistance.

The Best Attorney in Virginia!

Mr. Latuga is the best at what he does. I was facing a DUI after having a car accident while taking prescribed medication. It was a difficult case, and without Brian as my attorney, I honestly don't think my outcome would have been a dismissal of the DUI charge!!! He is caring and compassionate and I...S NOT "all about the fees". I would highly recommend Mr. Latuga to anyone needing counsel!
