The Very Best Attorney Hands Down!!

We hired Mr. Latuga after I had issues with my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend. She had stalked him for over seven years and then started harassing me after she found out we were together. Things got out of hand and we ended up with charges against each other. I was facing jail time. One of the charges aga...inst me was completely untrue. From the minute we met Mr. Latuga he was kind and actually listened and cared about what I had to say and my case. He even gave me advice before I had even hired him. I had met with another attorney before him and felt like I was just another client. Not with Brian Latuga. He spent hours on my case and he was always happy to answer any of our questions. While in the courthouse with him you can tell he is well known and respected by not only colleagues but also by the judge as well. He handled everything so professionally. All charges against me were dropped thanks to Mr. Latuga. I am so happy to have found Mr. Latuga and I can promise you that if I ever need an attorney again he will be the only person I call.

HONEST,PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT ATTORNEY .

Brian and his team are awesome, from the time you call to the end result its friendly and stream lined, everything is as what they tell me its going to be, emails are prompt, polite and friendly. Mr. Brian Latuga, did such an amazing job with my criminal case, he went above and beyond and kept me in...formed on everything that was going.It was My first experience dealing with any kind of legal issue and I was having the hardest time ever in my life but Mr. Latuga walked me through this experience, he kept me informed via phone calls and emails along the way. Highly Recommended!

There is nothing worse than having a child facing possible jail time. I had to blindly contact an attorney that I had no idea how to find. Fortunately I contacted Brian. Brian was very professional and made me feel that we were in good hands and that he was going to fight for my son. We were able... to avoid jail time as long as he stays out of trouble. AMAZING LAWYER!!! Highly Recommended!

This was my second time working with Wolcott Rivers Gates Attorneys. I hired Brian Latuga for a probation violation case. I had 365 days over my head and was incredibly terrified to lose my job. Brian Latuga worked vigorously to help me avoid conviction. I was facing severe penalties including impris...onment. Dealing with this across country (I live in Seattle) was extremely stressful but Brian Latuga was able to make the time difference work and calm me down. He genuinely cares about people and will give it his all. I was amazed to see him in action. It felt like a scene from "A Few Good Men". Mr. Latuga owned the courtroom with his professionalism and knowledge of the law he was able to have the judge drop the violation charges with no jail time or court fees. I was finally free from the alcohol monitoring device that had consumed my life. Not only was he able to have the charges dismissed but he also fought to remove me from the alcohol substance abuse program and to have my driving privileges reinstated. Even weeks after the case was dismissed he followed up and worked closely with the courthouse and DMV to assure that the fees were waived and that I was able to reinstate my license without any issues. Choosing Brian to represent me was one of the best decisions of my life. During a difficult time with implications that can be so wide-reaching Brian brought a calm, confident, and positive presence every strep of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough but more importantly had a personable side that makes a tough situation much easier to deal with.
