Miracle worker!

I was devastated and suffered from depression through out my case and prior. I thought I would of lost everything including my son because of the charges brought forward. I was up against 7 counts of fraud. A simple misunderstanding that went left. Attorney Luga not only comforted me In the process b...ut saved me from many attempts of suicidal thoughts. I can’t ever repay him for answering my emails at hours when he was home with his family. I can’t thank him enough for helping me beat my charges down to a misdemeanor to the point I appeared in court over video. I cried and thank the Lord for blessing me with the ONLY lawyer that replied back to me when I was searching. He was heaven sent and through him all things are possible. I’m greatly appreciative for everything and my story is much more deeper but I will leave you with this! He is the best Attorney in Virginia Beach! Thank you Attorney LUGA! You and heather is definitely a blessing.

Dedicated to his Craft

Hiring Mr. Latuga to represent me for a DUI was a wonderful decision. Excellent and Professional

We hired Mr. Latuga for our son’s reckless driving speeding ticket. After our initial meeting, COVID-19 hit and our court date was delayed. Mr. Latuga suggested we go ahead and complete all the demands the court would require- driving class and as much volunteer hours we could find. When we had our s...econd court date Mr. Latuga’s advice paid off. My son would receive a speeding only ticket if his record stayed clean for 6 months. Finally, with COVID-19 issues still in play, we had our last court date and my son had to only pay court costs and the speeding fine. What was originally a catastrophe turned into a much smaller bump in the road thanks to Mr. Latuga!

Best Companion in the CJS

I have great things to report about Attorney Latuga. He went above and beyond for my case. There was no need to question if the job he did was well done because there was a feeling he would follow the directions that I said and carry out his job without question. This led me to feel good about sugges...tions and strategies. He loves his job, and for once that isn't followed by "but." He is a man who should be given high marks for integrity. He won my 'tried to beat a car thief with a hammer' case!

Excellent Representation

Brian did a great job with my case. He quickly responded to me after I was referred to him and was similarly responsive thereafter.
