Hire An Attorney That Can Get The Job Done

My son came to Virginia Beach from out of town and got himself in some serious trouble while in Virginia Beach. Mr. Latuga was very diligent in getting my son into Court. My son was facing 10 - 20 years for his offenses. Mr. Latuga was able to get him Probation and credit for the time he served in Vi...rginia Beach. Not only did he make sure my son had a great outcome he also assisted me with knowing the ins and outs of my son's entire case. He returned every call and responded to every email correspondence. Mr. Latuga got my son home before the holidays. Thank you for caring for my child's well-being the same as you would have for your own child Mr. Latuga.

What a truly great experience. One talented & versed attorney.

Brian came very highly recommended and after having multiple consults with other attorneys we decided to retain Brian for our matter. Without saying it was well worth every penny. There is an old saying, you get what you pay for, even though Brian was a little more expensive than the other attorneys ...we consulted, it was beyond worth it. 1000000% recommend. Amazing defense attorney!!

Mr. Latuga was very generous speaking with us a few times before we retained him. I spoke with a few Lawyers before choosing Mr. Latuga. The reason I chose Mr. Latuga was because he made me feel safe by being highly educated on getting my charges dropped as well as professional, but also a human bein...g who cares. We hired him within a weeks notice of court and with little time he had prepared everything he needed to. Mr. Latuga fought for us and got all of our charges dismissed. It was a day I was extremely nervous about but he made me feel at ease from the beginning. I will never forget our case and the way he fought for our innocence after being charged with crimes we did not commit. We couldn’t have done it without him!! Thank you Mr. Latuga! I could not recommend him enough. I will definitely be contacting him if I ever run into something again, which I hope will not be the case. An answered prayer...

From the first day I met Brian, he was kind, compassionate, and determined. He listened intently and put me at ease. He provided me with an honest analysis upfront. He vowed to help as much as possible. The next 6 months waiting for court were emotionally grueling with so much at stake. The day of co...urt I had prepared myself for the most likely outcome. Brian talked to the prosecutor and worked a “better” deal (phenomenal is probably a more appropriate word). No one wants to end up in court, but when you do, you want reassurance that your outcome is taken seriously. Brian Latuga will see you at your lowest point but never judge you. He will work diligently to ensure you have the best representation. He genuinely seems driven by helping others. I will be forever grateful for his help in resolving my case.
