Phenomenal Representation

I found myself in a very complicated situation and had no other option than to blindly hire an attorney. Fortunately for me, Brian was the attorney that I made that call to. His experience as a law enforcement officer and as a prosecutor give him a distinct advantage in the courtroom. He was prepared... for the worst case scenario, but fought for the best. I had 8 pending charges that were completely dismissed. I went before a judge that had a reputation for showing no mercy. Brian got me bail facing repetitive offenses. I have since then retained Brian to represent my wife in a complicated case she is facing. If you are looking for a good attorney, then this is the man you want sitting next to you!

Absolutely the best attorney

I recently hired Brian Latuga for a case of license reinstatement/restricted license petition coming off a third DUI. Obviously this being a third conviction I have dealt with other attorneys in the best, all I can say is Brian Latuga hands down is the best attorney I have dealt with. He is genuinely... compassionate about your situation, very easy to get a hold of, very knowledgeable and connected on matters as well. Don’t think about it, just hire him.

Grateful

I got a reckless driving 66 in a 35, DUI blew a .18 and was really concerned overall, I retained Brian and to be honest things didn't go as we had initially expected. If I gone in alone or with anyone else I know for a fact my matters would be significantly different. Unfortunately due to my own acti...ons I have a DUI on my record I am facing no jail time and no interlock switch. He is very professional, knowledgeable and will fight tooth and nail for you I highly recommend him to anyone thanks again Brian.

DUI dropped! Forever grateful

1st time offender, had a DUI 0.08, and a reckless driving 68/35 in Virginia Beach on a Friday night. Everything in my life was on the line. I originally hired Stephen Pfeiffer, but he showed up with Brian Latuga on the court date. Brian used to be a prosecutor so they knew him in the courthouse very ...well. That’s why Pfeiffer brought him. And what a great outcome! He saved my future career in the Navy, avoided any jail time, probation, license suspension, and ASAP classes. My DUI was dropped to reckless driving with a fine of $1,500 + $250 of the court costs, 100h of community service, and 24 AA meetings. They got the evidence the night before and we didn’t prepare anything in person! I can’t believe it yet! they pushed it the quickest possible and in less than 3 weeks I’m relieved of this burden. Brian said I had dodged a bullet when we found out the result in the courthouse, but the truth is that he jumped like a bodyguard saving my life and my future from that bullet. I will be always grateful, as well as I will always say to everyone not to drink and drive ( FOR REAL; DO NOT DO IT!!), but if you ever get in a situation like that, call this people. They are TOP. May The Lord bless us and protect us from all evil AMEN
