Very professional and much needed !

This lawyer knows his stuff! I was looking at possible jail time and more classes with ASAP. After the court hearing I didn’t receive any punishments (other than extended good behavior) from the judge thanks to Mr. Latuga. Highly recommend . Also had no court fines .

Superb Representation

I cannot say enough to express how satisfied I am with Mr. Latuga's representation. I was facing two felony charges, which could have resulted in fines and possibly jail time. Mr. Latuga negotiated this to a misdemeanor, no fines, and a suspended 1-year jail term. He is very thorough with case prepa...ration; he communicates every step of the way, and he listens to all information being presented to him. DUI Miracle

I was referred to Brian Latuga for a non compliance with ASAP with a high BAC level blowing into my interlock. Mr. Latuga was very straight forward and sincere about what the consequences may be for me and very attentive to all my needs. His presence in the court room was held with great respect from... the judge as well as the prosecutor. He spoke on my behalf as if he had known me personally for years, versus just treating me like one of 100 clients like some attorneys can. My outcome was better than I could have hoped for and I highly recommend him for any case similar to mine. He did his best to ensure the outcome was in my favor and that I was able to keep the factors of my life that most contribute to my overall wellness (money, travel, freedom etc.) If you are in a bind and need someone to stand tall in your corner with you Brian Latuga is the man I suggest.

AMAZING LAWYER!!! Highly Recommended!

This was my second time working with Wolcott Rivers Gates Attorneys. I hired Brian Latuga for a probation violation case. I had 365 days over my head and was incredibly terrified to lose my job. Brian Latuga worked vigorously to help me avoid conviction. I was facing severe penalties including impris...onment. Dealing with this across country (I live in Seattle) was extremely stressful but Brian Latuga was able to make the time difference work and calm me down. He genuinely cares about people and will give it his all. I was amazed to see him in action. It felt like a scene from "A Few Good Men". Mr. Latuga owned the courtroom with his professionalism and knowledge of the law he was able to have the judge drop the violation charges with no jail time or court fees. I was finally free from the alcohol monitoring device that had consumed my life. Not only was he able to have the charges dismissed but he also fought to remove me from the alcohol substance abuse program and to have my driving privileges reinstated. Even weeks after the case was dismissed he followed up and worked closely with the courthouse and DMV to assure that the fees were waived and that I was able to reinstate my license without any issues. Choosing Brian to represent me was one of the best decisions of my life. During a difficult time with implications that can be so wide-reaching Brian brought a calm, confident, and positive presence every strep of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough but more importantly had a personable side that makes a tough situation much easier to deal with. Very professional, punctual, and competent.

Brian was a great lawyer by all accounts. From the first meeting to the resolution of my case he portrayed confidence and professionalism. He got my cased completely dismissed. Brian talked me through the whole process from recommendation for my personal affairs to what to wear in the court room. Bri...an helped relieve a lot of stress and anxiety. I would highly recommend him. Well worth the money!
