Hard Working, Startegically Sounds Attorney

Brian helped me with a Class-4 Misdemeanor. He was always extremely upfront with his strategy and expectations. He was strategically sound in his approach. Despite a poor verdict in the first hearing, he immediately offered to continue representation through the appeal. I retained Mr. Latuga in November 2016 and he was an outstanding lawyer since day one. I was facing two serious charges. Mr. Latuga was able to have those charges reduced, my sentence suspended, and no restitution. I appreciate him so much for being there for myself and my family during this trouble ...time. HONEST,PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT ATTORNEY .

Brian and his team are awesome, from the time you call to the end result its friendly and stream lined, everything is as what they tell me its going to be, emails are prompt, polite and friendly. Highly Recommended!

There is nothing worse than having a child facing possible jail time. I had to blindly contact an attorney that I had no idea how to find. Fortunately I contacted Brian. Brian was very professional and made me feel that we were in good hands and that he was going to fight for my son. We were able... to avoid jail time as long as he stays out of trouble. Mr. Latuga is absolutely excellent and I am very grateful

This was a case where police had seized a few thousand in cash from my vehicle during a stop in which they found marijuana. Even though the money had nothing to do with it, they still seized it and everyone knows once that happens you're not seeing the cash again. Mr. Latuga even warned me it was a l...ong shot.. but I provided him paperwork matching the amount of cash seized from my car. And even though it was minimal evidence on my part, and it really didnt look like I had a chance, he still fought for me and managed to strike a deal where I receive a solid amount of the cash back. I mean seriously an awesome guy. Understanding, knows his stuff, and actually cares. He's very straight up and he will get results. Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend.
