Highly Recommended!

There is nothing worse than having a child facing possible jail time. I had to blindly contact an attorney that I had no idea how to find. Fortunately I contacted Brian. Brian was very professional and made me feel that we were in good hands and that he was going to fight for my son. We were able... to avoid jail time as long as he stays out of trouble. I would highly recommend Brian if you are in need of any legal help.

Very professional and much needed !

This lawyer knows his stuff! I was looking at possible jail time and more classes with ASAP. After the court hearing I didn’t receive any punishments (other than extended good behavior) from the judge thanks to Mr. Latuga. Highly recommend . Also had no court fines .

Great lawyer

Although Brian was unable to handle my case, due to location, he did help me with some concerns and go over some important points. Brian referred me to another great law firm and made sure I was in good hands with a reputable attorney! Brian is very personable and easy to talk to.

AMAZING LAWYER!!! Highly Recommended!

This was my second time working with Wolcott Rivers Gates Attorneys. I hired Brian Latuga for a probation violation case. I had 365 days over my head and was incredibly terrified to lose my job. Brian Latuga worked vigorously to help me avoid conviction. I was facing severe penalties including impris...onment. Dealing with this across country (I live in Seattle) was extremely stressful but Brian Latuga was able to make the time difference work and calm me down. He genuinely cares about people and will give it his all. I was amazed to see him in action. It felt like a scene from "A Few Good Men". Mr. Latuga owned the courtroom with his professionalism and knowledge of the law he was able to have the judge drop the violation charges with no jail time or court fees. I was finally free from the alcohol monitoring device that had consumed my life. Not only was he able to have the charges dismissed but he also fought to remove me from the alcohol substance abuse program and to have my driving privileges reinstated. Even weeks after the case was dismissed he followed up and worked closely with the courthouse and DMV to assure that the fees were waived and that I was able to reinstate my license without any issues. Choosing Brian to represent me was one of the best decisions of my life. During a difficult time with implications that can be so wide-reaching Brian brought a calm, confident, and positive presence every strep of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough but more importantly had a personable side that makes a tough situation much easier to deal with. He made me feel as though my best interest was his top priority. So if you find yourself in trouble don't hesitate to contact Brian Latuga for a consultation. The peace of mind that he provides is worth the price.

Honest, Personable, Thorough and Diligent

Mr.Latuga was avid in his legal support right from the start. We went over the possibilities and when presented with the evidence against me, realistically narrowed down the available outcomes. His friendly demeanor and enthusiasm for law were unmatched among the legal consultants I had sought out f...or my DUI case. Any questions I had or thoughts were met with either an immediate answer or the promise, upon which he always followed through, to research it and get back to me as early as possible. Even though I settled on a guilty plea he saved me money, in fines being only $250, but more importantly time as I did not have to serve any jail time with a suspended 30 days.
