Amazing Lawyer- must hire!

Mr. Brian Latgua was recommended to our family at a desperate time in need. After calling nurse lines and taking my 7 week old son- at time to the doctors a number of times we knew something was not right. We soon found ourselves at CHKD and Dean was being pulled for MRI, full body xray and CT and bl...oodwork. Soon they tell us that he had subdural hematomas and that he was a victim of child abuse and we were wrongfully accused of shaken baby now called abusive head trauma. Brian was amazing and has a heart of gold. We felt cared for, very responsive by both phone and email. This man is a hero and took the time to research our case that clearly agreed this was a vacuum assist birth that caused injury to Dean. Thankfully after surgeries my son is doing much better. Brian called around and found the right expert to hire to testify in our case. The Judge has cleared us from all charges and found us innocent as we are. We felt his hard work really brought justice to our family. Thank you Brian for everything you have done for us!

Excellent attorney!!

I hired Mr. Latuga to represent my son on several ASAP violations. To be honest, I was skeptical about retaining counsel. Before I met Mr. Latuga I was fairly confident my son would have to serve time in jail. After a gentle nudge from a friend I scheduled a consultation. What could it hurt, right?... I walked out of his office with something I hadn't felt in a very long time, hope. He didn't judge him based on his recent bad choices, he simply went to work on his defense The outcome was better than I could have ever imagined. He negotiated NO JAIL TIME and my son was able to keep his license. I will be forever grateful for his tenacity and willingness to fight for my son. He is amazing and he actually cares. You don't find that with many attorneys today. He was well worth the money and I highly recommend him!

I was caught selling marijuana back in February earlier this year. I had just over 1 total pound of it in my car when I was caught. I was placed in the back of the police car and brought to jail only for them to book me in their system though. About a month or so later my father found Mr. Brian Latug...a for me. We met in person more than one time before my case in August. He promised me he would do everything in his power to save my a$$. I was facing 365 days jail time and a felony. In my own head I thought there was no possible way I’d make it out of that courtroom without a felony. I walked out of that court room with no community service, no jail time, no major fines, (only paid court costs), no suspended license or restrictions, and most importantly of them all I’m not a felon. Hiring Mr. Latuga May have been one of my best decisions made in life. Sounds odd to say it like that but I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. This man really is the truth. Hire him!

Exceptional attorney

I hired Brian Latuga for a reckless driving charge. His knowledge, expertise and professionalism was unparalleled. Being a former law enforcement officer, he had extensive knowledge with my reckless driving charge and a great rapport with the officer who ticketed me. Mr. Latuga was very responsive wi...th returning my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and was upfront with the direction of my case. Wonderful !!!

I hired Brian to represent my granddaughter in a criminal case. He is professional and pleasant; easy to talk to. The first court appearance Was victorious !!! Brian was able to get my gdtr. More than we expected!! He's knowledgable and understanding .
