We retained Mr. Leckie to represent our son who was charged with a misdemeanor and a felony for possession of Xanax and Adderall while in College. We did extensive research as we couldn't afford to gamble with such an issue before we went with Mr. Leckie. At one point, I left him a voicemail at 1045 pm on his cell phone on the night of the hearing to discuss last minute details and received a call back at 10:50 pm that night and asked him the questions I had to ask and we stayed on the phone for about 25 minutes during which he had shown no signs of resentment. In fact, as I started apologizing to him for the late call, he graciously said "I know you are worried about your son and I will not let you spend the night without answers"! The misdemeanor was dropped and the felony was reduced to a misdemeanor to be handled by community service and other affordable results.
