Mr. Leckie recently represented me for a DUI offense (where I had a .13 BAC and failed the field sobriety test miserably), and I am extremely thankful that I chose to hire him as my attorney. From my initial consultation through the trial itself I found him to be very friendly, professional, straigh...tforward, and easy to talk to. Most importantly, he did an excellent job representing me and I ended up with the most favorable outcome I could've possibly expected. He was able to secure me a plea agreement that resulted in no jail time, no probation or community service, a minimal fine, and restricted license that allows me to commute to work and other necessary obligations. My court appearance was very simple, i did not have to speak at all, and due to the plea agreement the arresting officer (who gave me a terrible write-up and would've eaten me alive if given the chance) had no opportunity to say a word. All in all it took less than 5 min and I received only the minimal consequences. I also had an additional charge for failure to maintain lane (swerving lanes) which he was able to have dismissed. His office was very friendly as well, and he provided me his personal cell # and willingness to answer any questions or address any concerns I had in the time leading up to my trial and even afterwards, should I need any help with the post-court requirements. I spoke to a number of attorneys before choosing Mr. Leckie, and would gladly choose him again if I ever needed representation. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer and couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

A couple of months ago, I got into some trouble and my mother was looking for an attorney, in which she stumbled across Mr. Eric Leckie. An amazing lawyer and team, would defiantly recommend Mr. Leckie to anyone. Got pulled over about 6 months ago for a right on red. Got charged for DWI and refusal. Over the 6 month time frame waiting for court Mr. Leckie kept me informed and answered any question i had and was very knowledgeable abou...t everything. Went to court hoping on not losing my CDL.
