I'd like to commend and thank Scott Alperin and his team for conducting the closing on my recent home purchase. They were readily available to assist at a minutes notice and were very thorough in their meticulous handling of the transaction. Needless to say this was not the easiest of transaction...s due to the many players involved from the real estate agents for the seller who were located out of the state, the mortgage company representatives, the insurance company representative and my agent. The lines of communication were of such that we were all on the same page to ensure that our closing would take place as promised without hesitation. Whenever called upon our calls were answered and any questions were addressed promptly. I have all confidence in Scott and his team when it comes to my real estate needs in the future. He is very knowledgeable and stays on top of industry knowledge while providing excellent service. Scott and Leah, job well done despite all the roadblocks we came up against with the selling agent, we prevailed and are enjoying our new home!!
