Kellam Thomas Parks

also known as Kellam T. Parks

About me

Kellam comes from a long line of Tidewater natives and is fortunate to continue to reside in this area practicing law.  Kellam has been actively litigating cases in the various Courts around Hampton Roads for well over a decade.

His practice is paperless with cloud-based systems to enable immediate and remote access for himself and his clients.  He is able to utilize digital technologies for legal research and litigation in the courtroom, such as the use of a tablet for case presentations. Kellam is also able to harness the power of social media to inform the public on his practice areas and keep in touch with his clients.

As his profile details more fully, Kellam regularly writes and speaks on his practice areas, keeping up to date on changes in the law and educating the public and other attorneys.

Away from the office, Kellam enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.  He also keeps up with technology as a hobby and to integrate into his practice.

  • Robert Lamar Foley

Kellam has always been on the cutting edge of the use of technology to streamline his practice and thus save his clients considerable amounts of money on his services. I've spoken to him often about the utilization of technology in the practice of law and have implemented many of his suggestions. Having also tried several cases against Kellam over the years it is easy to see why his clients hire him. He is thorough, intelligent and patient in the handling of his cases.
