Really helpful

I consulted with James and he is very knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to. He didn't rush the free consultation at all. Ultimately we chose a different attorney, out of the several I called, but it was between him and another attorney and it was a flip of a coin. I would recommend him.

An absolute must have!

I hired Mr. Rixey to obtain physical custody of my grandchildren. I knew immediately I wanted him to represent us. He exudes a very commanding, direct, and no nonsense persona. It was exactly what we needed and even made the GAL (who discounted the concerns of everyone but the custodial person) take ...notice of the entire situation. I can't give enough praise for Mr. Rixey. If you want a true fighting chance for custody, Mr. Rixey is the attorney you want.

No Nonsense Attorney

Mr. Rixey is a very intelligent man. He is aggressive in a good way and will fight for you rights. He also had a few kind words to help me get through a rough divorce. I would recommend Mr. Rixey and I am pleased with my results.
