Unfortunately, almost as soon as he turned 18, our son made some poor choices & found himself in very, very serious trouble as an adult. Great lawyer. I got into a situation which could have meant jail time, the stress was unbearable. Losing my job, house etc. Brian negotiated with the prosecutor and I ended up only having to attend evaluation classes, with no guilt. The prosecutor wanted me to plead guilty and defer the charges, Bria...n told her NO, that we would do a continuance and after 6 months the charges would be dropped without any guilty plea, she agreed. I had a non-speeding reckless driving charge in Virginia Beach.
