I had initially hired Ms. Lawson when I opened my business in 2008. Since then I have had occasion to consult with her over business matters relating to employment and opening other locations. When it was a question that was out of her expertise she refered me to another attorney that was equally competent.
Also, when my in-laws were in need of someone to handle their estate planning I did not hesitate in recommending Ms. Lawson. She handled their affairs with competence, compassion and kindness. They were extremely satisfied as well.

I hired Beth Ann initially to help my late Mother when I moved her to the area. My then 87 year old Mother was so impressed, as was I, with the way she explained everything to my Mother and it was obvious that she truly had my Mother's best interest at heart.
When it came time for me to establish a "Living Trust" I did not think twice about calling Beth Ann. Thorough and professional, she spent several sessions with me, at my request, to insure that I understood all of my options as well as my children's options when the time comes. I rarely recommend people or things to friends as everyone is different, but I do not hesitate to recommend Beth Ann and do so with satisfaction.

Beth Ann Lawson manages my estate plan and reviews it with me often. She explains everything clearly and in detail and is highly professional.

Years ago my father retained Beth Ann Lawson. In 2012 my Father added me to his Trust as a Trustee. Subsequently as he was very elderly , I managed the Trust from that point onward. Beth Ann and her team literally saved my family’s estate. Since then I have retained her as my attorney to update mine and my husbands wills, our Durable and Medical POA’s and our Trust. She is easy to get in touch with whenever we need her. She is honest, compassionate, trustworthy, knows the Law well and truly cares about us. It has been such a blessing that Dad found her when he did. I highly recommend her to anyone that will listen!
