I gave Mrs. Ernest five stars because throughout the entire process she or either her legal assistant kept me update with the progress of my case. Me having been stationed overseas this worried me a little but I did not have any issues. I felt comfortable from the moment I retained Mrs. Ernest as my ...lawyer. I went to at least two or three lawyers prior to coming to this firm. I felt like they really took pride in every case they took on.

I'd vouch for her any day. Attorney Ernest is very compassionate. I hired her 2 weeks or less before my custody appeal from out of state, so I never had the pleasure of meeting her until my hearing. With the little 2 weeks she was given, she kept me informed, was honest, prepared well and made me fe...el very confident about my case. She explained to me the pros/ cons and advised me like no other. Attorney Ernest is very caring and went over and beyond for me which ultimately resulted in us getting the outcome we wished for. I would honestly hire her again and recommend her to anyone who wants an attort that won't back down!!!!!

I had never been in trouble with the law before so I was nervous, unsure, and afraid of the outcome. From the first time I met and had a consultation with Attorney Ernest she was attentive, helpful and patient. She handled my assault case. I gave her the information she needed and a background on mys...elf and she took everything into account and was able to help me when a nolle prose qui on my case! I am thankful that she and the courts did not pursue any charges against me as I expressed to her my career, which in the future will be Criminal Justice, would be greatly impacted over a false accusation with no evidence. Ms. Ernest is extremely motivated in representing her client. She understood my immigration issues and helped save me time and money by advising me on things I could do myself instead of her charging me to do them. This is amazing and not at all what the "attorney" stereotype is. She is also not i...ntimidated by things outside of her control (for instance, dealing with immigration clerks). She was also able to successfully speed up my process by getting an immigration ombudsman to look into why my filings had not updated in a long time. While I no longer need an immigration attorney, I will certainly hire Ms. Ernest for future legal concerns. Thank you again Ms. Ernest!
