I am very pleased with the Services of Attorney Lisa Bertini. She patiently listened to my concerns. She understood the Law as it pertained to my situation and developed a strategic plan to resolve my issue. She was proactive in carrying out the Professional Services that she committed herself to. An...d, as my Legal Advocate, she went the extra-mile, and exceeded my expectations.

I am about as thorough as it gets. Always measuring twice and cutting once. I vetted and met with two attorneys before Lisa and in the end, I went with her. After losing my job, I found myself in VERY unfamiliar territory. I've never sued (or held accountable) any company before and thought to take ...a softer approach, as that's just me. But, during my vetting, I initially passed up on Lisa as she seemed a bit aggressive. What a mistake! After meeting with attorney #2, they looked at my case and expressed that it was going to be a 'tough needle to thread'. In the same meeting, they shared that they were also pretty conservative. Immediately, I realized that's not what I needed. After all, I wasn't released from my job with a 'conservative' approach. I needed a 'pitbull in a skirt'. I then revisited Lisa. She excited me during our first meeting sharing that she does what she does to look out for those taken advantage of. There was nothing about my case that was 'tough to thread' to her. She immediately found the injustice. She was assertive, she and her team were always very responsive, and she was also very honest, even when it stung when educating me about any challenges. She was charming, witty, courageous, and always, always, always very strategic! This was someone who I needed on my team! (You need her on your team too!) Honestly, one of the BEST arsenals in my toolbelt! After navigating through the muck, she quickly got me what I respectively deserved! To this day I am more than satisfied. I supposed it's like they say, the third time's the charm! Lisa, thank you for all that you did to help me and my family, as they were impacted as well. But, especially for doing what you do every day!

Lisa and her team did a wonderful job with my case. They were efficient, got up to speed on the details of my case extremely quickly, and handled all interactions professionally. Most importantly, Lisa gave me great advice throughout the process that comes from her many years of experience. I felt... my matter was handled thoroughly and aggressively, and Lisa was always available when I needed her. While I did not accomplish everything I had hoped with my situation, I made that decision fully informed of the risks and rewards of pursuing the matter further. I would absolutely hire Lisa again (let's hope I don't have to!) and would recommend her to anyone.

I was faced with what I perceived was an unfair business practice, and resigned. After the dust settled, the reality of my decision became clear and I was worried. She also assisted me with being succinct in my description of my dilemma (what a time and money saver). I would’ve remained in doubt about if I made the right decision and left anything behind, she gave me the clarity and closure I needed to move forward in my next venture. I’ve bookmarked Ms. Bertini and her team. It’s great to know I have a group of amazing professionals that are responsive, knowledgeable and at the ready when needed. Standing up to my employer was the hardest decision that I have ever made. Hiring Lisa Bertini to represent me was hands down the BEST decision that I have ever made. To say that Lisa is phenomenal would be an understatement; she really is a BOSS when it comes to defending her clients. She has th...e knowledge, the experience, and the credibility to get things done but she was also excellent at involving me and my input before executing any strategy. Her responsiveness was impeccable and she was always one step ahead of everyone else. She had my best interests at heart from the very beginning but she also made sure to never sugar coat things; she kept it real and always set expectations so that I could be as prepared as possible for whatever scenario came our way. In the end, the outcome exceeded expectations and while we were celebrating our victory, they were going home with their tails between their legs. So, if I had to do it all again, would I?
