Lisa Bertini is, hands down, one of the smartest, toughest and most professional women I have ever met. She talks to you like you're an old friend & I never questioned her dedication to me or my case. Lisa was always very candid with me about what to expect while going through the EEOC process. I ...was never unsure of what was going on or what could happen next. She took time to make sure I was prepared to give a confident, accurate testimony and made me feel at ease in what should be a very stressful situation.
