Labor issues counseling

Ms. Bertini was very direct in guding me through issues related to my employer. She carefully reviewed documents and made recommendations. She is direct and to the point.

Peace of mind

After being threatened by my previous employer with an NDA I had in place, and also having them harass my current employer without cause, I knew it was time to seek counsel. Mrs. Bertini set my mind at ease. After a quick consultation and forwarding the NDA to her, she was able to find the holes in... the NDA and assured me that I had nothing to fear as far as litigation coming my way from the previous employer. Though, if it had/does go to litigation, now I know who I want on my side.

Disability Discrimination

Ms. Bertini provided excellent counsel regarding the options, challenges and complications associated with pursuing a disability discrimination claim. She was focused and diligent in her efforts to convince the employer that their perspective was incorrect and not in compliance with the ADA.
