Traffic Ticket
Excellent experience, received an out of state ticket in Hampton VA. Mr Bush was able to help, excellent communication, knowledge, and responsive. I would recommend to anyone.
At Bush & Taylor we take cases to win them. This type of case was not very serious or complex, but we took the same time and attention that we would in our most serious cases. I am glad that we were able to obtain a great result for our client.

This case dealt with a complex and difficult civil issues between our client's business and several other out of state businesses. After many hours of negation and commitment to the case I was able to resolve all of our client's issues so that they could continue running their family's business which had been operating in Chesapeake for over 50 years. Without our representation I have no doubt that our client's business would have been closed or in bankruptcy.

EXCELLENT LAWYER
Mr. Justin Bush in my opinion is the best in his field he provided me with his knowledge at the consult for my child custody case, And expertise in the courtroom .I never had to even speak a word in the courtroom because he handled everything. This case dealt with an extremely contested child custody issue where our client was in a contest for custody of her grandson against the child's mother. These type of 3rd party custody claims are very difficult or prevail in under the current state of Virginia law. Luckily here I was able to convince the child's guardian ad litem and the ultimately the judge that our client was the most appropriate caregiver. The mother in case was only granted visitation with the child that was supervised by our client.
