I called the office, a little skeptical, as in the past I have contacted a law office to handle a problem with a brand new vehicle, that within the first 3 weeks, was towed 3 times. I leased a new 2020 Honda Odyssey in January 2020. There has been an electrical popping noise coming from the speakers ever since I took possession of the vehicle. After almost 18 months and 7 visits to the service department at two local dealers, including work performed for 3 days by a Honda regional field engineer, I contacted the Consumer Law Group. I was referred to Mr. Gayle by another attorney in reference to a lemon that I was sold by one of these name brand automotive dealerships. I was in negotiation with the Corporate Office of the Automotive Company and was concerned with the numbers that I was presented. No matter what I said, they would not budge. I did a consultation with Mr. Gayle, he reviewed my paperwork and immediately confirmed that the numbers were wrong and that I was not being completely compensated under the lemon law. He equipped me with the knowledge I needed to get this transaction done. He did not pressure me to hire him, waste time or drag out the session to charge more. Though I was impressed enough to hire him, he suggested that I go back with the knowledge he gave me since I had already established an open dialog with them and see what they said. I had an issue with a used car I purchased. I sent a message and was responded to within hours that day by a pleasant staffer who provided me with ample useful information. The firm followed up with me, made sure I knew what I was doing, and did this all without a charge. I did not need to pursue the matter any further as a result of their responsiveness and helpfulness. Were I to have needed further assistance though I am very sure they would have been able to handle.

I had a company called TCG and associates call me and said I owed money from a bill that was over 19 years old! From a place I’ve never had an account with. Mr. Gayle met with us concerning a problem we were having with warranty work being done on our RV. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from a Virginia dealership that one would believe was reputable. After purchase it was discovered that the dealer actually didnt have the right to sell it due to its lease return condition.
