Received a speeding ticket 84/65 while driving through Virginia. The ticket was not listed as Reckless Driving, so I thought I could just pay it and be done. After receiving numerous brochures/ letters, from various lawyers, I became a little concerned about the ticket. I contacted Joyner Law Firm... because of their professional looking letter and brochure. As a resident of NC, I was told that anything over 80mph or 15mph+ the speed limit and I could lose my license. They said they could get it reduced and just settle with Fine and Court cost, plus the lawyer fees. Their fee was reasonable, and they showed up in Va court on my behalf. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. She didn't even know that it was technical reckless so she paid the ticket which admits guilt not even knowing that she had a reckless driving misdemeanor. Then we started getting all of the... notices from lawyers about reckless driving and speeding in VA. Most of the notices were scare tactics (and I will say we were scared). But Jason's letter was professional and informative giving me exactly the information I needed to know which was that we could do something even though she paid the ticket. His fee was completely reasonable. He represented my daughter in court and got the charge reduced to speeding BUT he wasn't satisfied with that because the speeding would still result in points on her licence..
