Received a speeding ticket 84/65 while driving through Virginia. The ticket was not listed as Reckless Driving, so I thought I could just pay it and be done. After receiving numerous brochures/ letters, from various lawyers, I became a little concerned about the ticket. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. She didn't even know that it was technical reckless so she paid the ticket which admits guilt not even knowing that she had a reckless driving misdemeanor. Then we started getting all of the... notices from lawyers about reckless driving and speeding in VA. Most of the notices were scare tactics (and I will say we were scared).
