Gets the job done in technical reckless

I cannot say enough good things about Jason Joyner! My daughter got a speeding ticket in VA going 81 in a 70. She didn't even know that it was technical reckless so she paid the ticket which admits guilt not even knowing that she had a reckless driving misdemeanor. Then we started getting all of the... notices from lawyers about reckless driving and speeding in VA. Most of the notices were scare tactics (and I will say we were scared). But Jason's letter was professional and informative giving me exactly the information I needed to know which was that we could do something even though she paid the ticket. His fee was completely reasonable. He represented my daughter in court and got the charge reduced to speeding BUT he wasn't satisfied with that because the speeding would still result in points on her licence.. So for NO EXTRA CHARGE, he appealed for her and got the charges completely dropped!!! He's professional, knowledgeable, fair, followed up. I highly recommend!!!

Easy to work with!

Very easy to work with, I retained them at the last minute and they were still able to get my speeding ticket (thanks Brunswick County...) lowered to a non-moving violation that doesn't effect my insurance. Communication was prompt, thorough, and helpful.

Thankful

He explained the situation to me. When I had any questions he answered them quickly. He was able to take care of my reckless driving speeding ticket and was able to get it as a non reckless driving ticket.

BEST LAWYER FOR YOUR TRAFFIC TICKETS

Caught going 82 in a 70. I brought Jason on to represent me for a small flat fee. He was able to bring it down to no misdemeanor and no points - just a nominal fine. HIGHLY recommend.

Out of state driving ticket

Mr. Joyner was very knowledgeable regarding Virginia traffic laws. He provided an estimate of what I was facing and was near spot on. I definitely recommend to anyone facing a traffic ticket in Virginia.
