Mr. Nick Simopoulos represented me in an employment dispute involving my demotion from assistant principal of a middle school to a classroom teacher position. I was given no warning, or a reason this happened by the school board. I held my administrative position for 14 years and never had a letter i...n my file, or a complaint brought against me by any administrator in the county. Due to my age being close to retirement and wanting to preserve the reputation of a younger administrator, I believe they used me as a scapegoat, fired me from my administrative job, and demoted me back to a classroom position.
