Jeremy was very professional and he dedicated several hours to learn about us and our specific estate needs. Then he provided us with our options, explaining each in terms anyone could understand. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of each, provided recommendations based on his experienc...e, and helped us to build a custom plan that meets all our needs. He was knowledgeable in working with retired military and advising how to build a plan for a child that is known for making bad decisions. When the plan was complete, Jeremy spent several more hours going over the Estate Plan; an extensive set documents in great detail. He explained what each document meant, how it worked, and everything additional we needed to do to fund the Trust. Our previous experiences with the law profession have been military lawyers that provide basic Wills and Powers of Attorney based on a "cookie-cutter" form. Jeremy helped us move from a dated and basic Will, to a well thought out and comprehensive Estate Plan. We felt at ease working with Jeremy and look forward to a long association with him and the firm.
