I was charged with reckless driving (91/70) in New Kent County. Mr. Pinsker was realistic with me from the beginning, but with driving school certificate and a favorable speedometer calibration in hand, Mr. Pinsker was able to negotiate a much more favorable outcome than I expected: non-moving viola...tion, no points, small fine. He is very familiar with the New Kent judge and prosecutor and his professional demeanor put me at ease throughout the process. He always responded quickly to calls/email. As a personal rule I don't write reviews but upon working with Matt I am making an exception in acknowledging his efforts on my behalf. Unfortunately I had a serious speeding violation and my problems were further compounded by the fact that I am not a Virginia resident. I decided to reach out to M...att after reading his profile, especially upon seeing that he served in the Army and I thought he could relate to my issue. My instincts were spot on. I contacted his office and provided my contact information and a short time later he reached out to me. I told him of my circumstances and he immediately put me at ease. He wasn't cavalier or judgmental to my citation. Matt outlined a course of action he thought would best serve my goals and quickly initiated requisite actions with the local court on my behalf. Matt was readily available to me during the entire process; emails and voicemail messages were promptly responded to; often within hours. One key point I liked about my dealings with Matt is that he is candid, he is not throwing out a bunch of b.s. just to get you as a client or just to make you feel good. There's way too much verbal fluff in conversations today without ever getting to the point. Definitely not the case with Matt; he is going to tell you what you need to hear, not want to hear. Matt's efforts worked extremely well for me as my violation was dismissed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.
