Virginian Young Gun Lawyer and a Patriot...

I received a Reckless Driving citation in July 2014. (85/70) I decided to hire Christina Pendleton & Associates. I sent in the required docs via email (so convenient) plus a few others and payment. Soon after, I was assigned a young gun, Matt Pinsker. He had a definitive strategy and was eager t...o tackle it. We talked and I sent him other documentation. I was told not to worry or show for court. He would represent me and work with Judge on my case. He is also joining the Army Reserves and had my vote of confidence. He was professional and handled my case expeditiously. The case reduced to equipment failure and cost me $146.00 to the court. Matt Pinsker is definitely on the move. A great, young lawyer. Excellent Representation!

Matt was very helpful in reducing my charge and helping me to avoid un-necessary fines and fees. He was polite and personable in his communication with me. He obatined the desired result and for that I am thankful!

Great result for an our-of-state ticket!

Got a great result for an out-of-state ticket. Better than we expected. Very reasonable fee. Kept us informed along the way. Highly recommend.

Excellent outcome

After being contacted by the law firm I was sold on the ability of getting me out of a bogus traffic ticket. They made me feel that this was not uncommon and not to worry. The fee was very fare and the outcome perfect. Thank you for making me feel better.
