Found Mr Pinsker through a website called Off The Record. He contacted my not long after me submitting my info to website. He consulted with me for about 20-30 minutes getting the details of what happened. I had gotten a speeding ticket from an unmarked police car that had paced me going over 20mph ...over the speed limit on a bridge crossing jurisdictions. The ticket was written as a speeding ticket even though the cop could have written it as a wreckless driving.
