I am an out of state driver who received a summons in Virginia for reckless driving (75 in a 55). I thought that I would just pay a fine and be done with it. However I quickly realized that this is a very serious offence in Virginia and that I needed legal representation. I did some research and had ...spoken with a couple of attorneys. Highly recommended. Got a ticket for 23 over which is a reckless in Chesterfield. Never had one before (Reckless ticket) and after looking up the consequences I knew I needed a lawyer. Was hoping he could at least get it reduced to a lower speeding ticket. However, Matt got it dismissed and I only ha...ve to take driving school.
