Reduction of Charges from Wreckless Driving to Speeding

Performed as promised. My driving record is not good and I was surprised that any reduction could be accomplished. Very satisfied.

Great Experience in a bad situation

Matt Made my court case very simple and kept me informed through the whole process. He did a very good job with my case and i was very happy with the outcome. I Highly recommend him to anyone who gets in trouble with the law in Virginia.

Reckless Driving 81/70

I was charged with a reckless driving charge while commuting back from Fla to Md. on the infamous I-95 corridor,doing 81 in a 70 mph, a felony charge in Va. Matt was able to get my charged reduced to a Defective equipment charge, a non-moving violation with no points and no criminal record plus I was... not required to appear in court. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend Matt Pinsker.

Making things happen !!

Matt is a highly educated individual and we were fortunate to have him represent our son. He and his firm were friendly, responsive and efficient. They did a great job. We are very appreciative of his efforts !!!!! We would use him again if the situation required it.

Knowledgeable and honest

As a college student being charged with underage consumption of alcohol and drunk and public, I was scared and confused. I consulted Matt Pinsker and found him to be courteous and professional, and he put me at ease as he explained the situation and helped me through it. Thanks Matt!
