Mr. Pinsker was great in that he made this whole process very simple for me. He was very clear and up front about the process, which helped since this was my first incident with the law. I do believe Mr. Pinsker went above and beyond what I expected, and his service was well worth his retainer. I received a reckless speeding ticket and immediately searched for a lawyer in the region I received my ticket as it was my first ticket and I didn't want it to damage my license. Mr. Pinskser was very patient and thorough in asking questions and explaining the process. My case was pushed out several... times for administrative reason but Mr. Pinsker kept communicating about the stages of the case. I did not have to attend court ( it was several hours away from where I live) and Mr. Pinsker represented me very well. My case was reduced from a Reckless Driving charge to the non-moving infraction of Defective Speedometer which will carry 0 points my license. I'm not sure if my lack of negative driving history contributed to the judges decision but I am grateful that Mr. Pinsker supported my case so well that it was significantly reduced.
