This whole reckless driving business is a bit confusing because I'm from out of state. Mr. Rakness returned my call promptly and took the time to go over the odds of getting my charge reduced or dismissed. Though Mr. Rakness had another engagement for the date of my court appearance he kindly took an... hour or so of his time to speak with me over the phone about my case. He sent me the defense he typically uses for cases like this in case I jdecided to represent myself. He also made recommendations based on experience witnessing other local lawyers, and I feel like he helped me make a solid final decision regarding my case. I highly recommend Mr. Rakness. I was charged with a misdemeanor driving offense while visiting Virginia from out-of-state.
