Attorney Pelt failed to represent me for my case...in fact it seemed as if he was representing the other party...did absolutely nothing he promised...and now it's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for my settlement check...I would not recommend him to anyone hiring him was a complete loss an...d waste of time

We have used Mr. Pelt now for numerous cases (unfortunately) and we have not experienced any issues. Phone calls and emails are returned in a timely manner and you know what is going on. Reading other reviews, yes, he is very forthcoming and straight forward, but isn't that what you want in a lawyer?... I would rather my lawyer be honest with me then tell me untruths along with my money. I would recommend him if someone was looking for a new lawyer.

Hands down-the BEST attorney in the area. I would never go in front of a judge for anything, without Mr. Pelt. Jennifer, his secretary, is amazing. There is always correspondence and it’s always in a timely fashion. If I do t hear anything for a day or two, I’m never worried, because he has never lef...t us stranded or let us down. Absolutely recommended!!

Mr. Pelt is all about the dollar and puts the dollar in front of honesty. He is hasty and makes big mistakes that can't be fixed. I would say his bedside manner is bad but he's not a doctor. I felt like he just wiped his nose with me and threw me in the trash. The only good thing is that his office i...s close to the court so I didn't have to pay is hourly rate just for him to travel to the court which saved money. But what is saved money if he makes big mistakes? It is not saved money but lost money. And I can't say that I had one pleasant experience with Jennifer. I am shocked by any other review that says they emailed Mr. Pelt and he replied. Maybe Mr. Pelt is too busy now. But there have been days when Jennifer wont answer the phone all day and I am convinced that they have caller ID and screen phone calls and only answer when they want. I seldom called so it's not as if they had a good reason to ignore my calls and refuse to call me back after I left a message.

If you want an attorney that will tell you how it is rather than what you want to hear, hire Jason Pelt. Mr. Pelt has represented me for a couple years now and I couldn't be happier with the results. He's taken a very difficult and emotional situation and made it into a quality learning experience. W...hat I like most about him and Jennifer is that they don't sugar coat anything. If Jason thinks it's a stretch or too much, you will know it. Don't expect any fluff or false hope with him because he's honest open and realistic. Very knowledgeable attorney that will always say "trust me", and I always do as he always delivers! Highly recommend Mr. Pelt
