Outstanding !!!

I hired Silis and Associates because they came highly recommended, and I'm glad I did. I gave Tom a complex divorce action. I had filed in one state, she filed here in VA. To make it more complex, she filed in Fairfax, we live in Alexandria... So, Tom and his crew diligently researched the law an...d found previous case law that defines "residency" which can be different from domicile. We had moved here about a year before we separated... She had made no overt actions to make VA her permanent state of residence. Her side went for my throat... Tom and his associates sifted through all the "stuff" and provided sound legal advise the entire time. We went to a hearing contesting the validity of her filing... and we won! Her divorce action was dismissed... Now off to the other state to finish the divorce.... Thank you Tom, and your entire team, for your dedication and attention to detail.... If you need a fantastic attorney... I recommend you go to Thomas Silis, Old Town Alexandria, VA...

Multiple offenses

I had multiple offenses , one new charge and seven probation violations because of the new charge! Mr. Silis and his associates spent every avenue imaginable to mitigate the situation . I took the case to trial and ended up doing no time on the violations or the new charge! We literally had the whol...e courtroom enthralled and gasping in surprise and admiration ! I could not be more happy with the outcome! I would recommend him to anyone!

Great attention to detail

I have used Mr. Silis for multiple cases including incorporating my company and representing me in several mediations. I have found him and his staff to be friendly and more importantly to have an exceptional attention to detail. I have referred friends and family to him and plan to use his firm to... represent me in the purchase of my next house and creation of wills.

Great Lawyer

Tom Silis did an incredible job on my highly contested divorce and custody case. He is an extremely talented and savvy attorney. He was such a nice guy when we met in his office but when we got to court he was surprisingly aggressive and in command. It was obvious from the first few minutes of ...trial that the other lawyer was outclassed by Tom. I was so happy with the outcome. Tom and his team made me feel so comfortable during a very difficult time in my life.
