Joanna Foard misrepresented me.My request was to have my Alimony payments reinstated. Ms. Joanna Foard only needed to write a letter to the opposing Counsel/ Lawyer for him to comply with the Court's decision to pay me Alimony. Ms. Joanna Foard inverted and reduced the alimony and she CANCELLED a...ll alimony payments with no explanation. Then she moved to another Law firm. Ms. Joanna Foard have discriminated me and used my personal information to move ahead. I have filed a Ethical Complaint to the Virginia Bar Association. For writing a simple letter to instate my alimony payments but cancelling, Ms. Joanna Foard charged me more than US 10.000.00. ( ten thousand dollars).

Joanna took care of me down to the last detail. The other side made it so hard to get through not only the separation agreement but also the divorce, even though Joanna and I were trying to do everything amicably and not go through court or an arbitrator.
